A pizza fresh out of the oven at Gino Sorbillo's celebrated pizzeria in Naples, Italy, Dec. 8, 2017. Sorbillo and the city's 3,000 other pizzaiuoli were recently named part of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by Unesco. "It's an art," said Sorbillo.
