Equipment and vehicles are unloaded on the beaches. Several Landing Craft Tank (LCT) can be seen off the coast. 8th June 1944. There are members of the 1st Engineer Special Brigade (ESB) and 2nd Naval Beach Battalion (U.S. Navy minesweepers ) at the foot of the small dune. On the left a track parallel to the dune is built. On the right is an enclosure with barbed wire (POW cage) for German prisoners waiting to be shipped to England. Utah Beach, Normandy, France.
