This stunning beach hut at 409, Mudeford Spit is a famed location as in 2021 the most expensive beach hut ever sold was located here.
In 2022 reports stated a hut on Mudeford Spit was going for Ł440,000, at the same time the average UK home cost Ł368,614.
In 2017 a Mudeford beach hut went up for sale for Ł280,000 and was believed at the time to be the most expensive ever sold at the time.
In September 2021 another beach hut in the same location went on the market for a reported Ł575,000.
There is a huge waiting list for a beach hut on Mudeford Spit, it is believed in excess of 50 people are waiting for their beach retreat at this location.

“This newly refurbished hut benefits from dual aspect view with direct access to the beach and beautiful view over towards the historic town of Christchurch.
“Front porch and amazing space out the back for BBQ's and meeting your neighbours.
“There are 4 beds, plus a pull out queen size bed downstairs.
“Lots of storage under the hut. Bike locking point on the side of the hut.
“New kitchen with ample storage and all cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups etc. Good size Fridge Freezer.
