(FILES) This 17 June 2003 file photo from the Mexican Police shows bounty hunter Duane Lee "Dog" Chapman who was arrested by Mexican authorities in Puerto Vallarta with Andrew Luster, great-grandson of make-up legend Max Factor, who was a fugitive and was sentenced in absentia to 124 years in prison for rape, drug possession and poisoning. Chapman was arrested 14 September 2006 in Hawaii by US federal marshals, his publicist Mona Wood said. Bounty hunting is illegal in Mexico, and authorities issued an alert for Chapman when he failed to show up for a court date, Chapman was free on bail but was required to appear in court weekly. The bounty hunter gained famed when he captured the high-profile Luster in 2003. AFP PHOTO/POLICIA MEXICANA/FILES
