These giant words, on the Kinsley Wood plantation, Panpunton Hill, Radnorshire, were planted in larch trees by the Forestry Commission at the time of the Queen's Coronation in 1953. The trees have grown at a more rapid rate than their neighbours and stand out neat and clear. There is a similar "ER" on the other side of the hill.
