An aerial photo taken on September 12, 2024, shows the Little Prespa Lake, some 170kms South East of Tirana, near the village of Buzeliqen, which is suffering from the recent drought. Plants and reeds have sprouted up as the waters of Little Prespa Lake on the Albanian-Greek border recede, their beauty overshadowing the painful truth that the lake is slowly dying.
