Part of New York's congestion pricing plan, the cameras, which comprise an infrastructure network worth hundreds of millions of dollars, are now in limbo following New York Governor Kathy Hochul's June announcement that she was indefinitely pausing the tolling plan, just weeks before it was to go live.
