Rosenhouse employs 14 hourly workers both full and part time for two bakeshops in the Park Slope neighborhood. While she understands that the minimum wage needs to be raised, she feels $15 is too high for a small business owner and the raise would affect the price of her product and also cut the number of people she can employ.
