A file picture released on November 28, 2013 by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) shows a worker climbing a pylon at the Baqa'a refugee camp, north of the Jordanian capital Amman in 1970. The Baqa'a camp was first established in 1968 to house Palestinian refugees following the 1967 Arab Israeli war. Because of its historical and cultural significance, the UNRWA archive has been inscribed UNESCO'S "Memory of the World" list since 2009.
