Luigi Musso of Italy won the Pescara Grand Prix driving a new Maserati car, Aug. 15, 1954. He covered the 16-lap 409-kilometer course in two hours, 55 minutes and 55 seconds, at an average speed of 139.580 kilometers an hour. Prince Bira of Siam, also driving Maserati car, was second.
