PHOTO: EAST NEWS WYPADEK SAMOCHODOWY ROWANA ATKINSONA Rowan Atkinson, better known as the infamous, bungling Mr Bean, was said to be crushed yesterday after crashing his ??650,000 McLaren F1 car into the back of a ??600 Metro. The millionaire star was on his way to visit friends when he collided with Margaret Greenhaigh's red-coloured metro in Preston, Lancashire. The McLaren hit the underneath of the metro, tossing it onto its side. Thankfully the metro survived relatively unscathed from the prang, and the driver suffered only from whiplash and shock. Atkinson's car meanwhile, a present to himself after the success of Bean: The Ultimate Disaster Movie, was devastated. Atkinson himself was said to be fine -- although a little embarrassed.
