Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi salutes as he leaves the tribunal in Milan, Italy, Monday, March 28, 2011. Berlusconi said a tax fraud case against him is "ridiculous" in comments just before attending a closed-door court hearing in Milan. Prosecutors allege fraud in the sale of film rights by his Mediaset company. The premier has always denied wrongdoing, and on Monday he said in comments on TV that the accusations are "groundless and ridiculous" and the case is politically motivated. It is one of four cases involving Berlusconi. Earlier this year, Italy's Constitutional Court watered down a law promoted by Berlusconi's government that shielded him from prosecution. A trial on allegations he had sex with an underage prostitute opens next month. (AP Photo/Luca Bruno)
