DHAKA, BANGLADESH: People looked out of the window as the train set off. SHOCKING images showing THOUSANDS of people piled onto a moving train desperate to get home from a religious congregation have been revealed. The incredible shots showed men piling onto the locomotive and leaping between trains before leaving the station to get home from the Islamic congregation of Bishwa Ijtema in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Another shot revealed women and children peering out of the carriage doors, eager to get to their destination. The eye opening images were taken in Tongi, Dhaka, Bangladesh, by photographer Joshua A Buana (48) from Surabaya, Indonesia. Joshua used a Leica Q and Leica SL camera to take his images. Joshua estimates that there were between 20,000 and 30,000 people crowding onto the train.
