English soccer player and AC Milan founder Herbert Kilpin is seen in this undated picture from files. Born Jan. 28, 1870, Kilpin played with Notts Olympic and Saint Andrews before moving to Italy to set up the Milan team in 1899. He played eight seasons with Milan, winning three championships (1901, 1906 and 1907), and ended his career when foreign players were banned from the league. He died in Milan in 1916, and was buried in the Municipal Cemetery. In 1999 he was moved to the Monumental Cemetery, where the club paid for a proper tomb. (Ap Photo)
