Dutch former nuclear scientist and hedge fund manager Edmond Offerman (L) and Sarajevo Mayor Abdulah Skaka (C) ride the Sarajevo cable car during its reopening on April 6, 2018 in Sarajevo. Sarajevo's cable car, connecting Sarajevo Old Town with Vidikovac on Mount Trebevic was officially opened in 1959 and was one of city's iconic sites, until it was destroyed during 1992-95 siege of the city. With local efforts, coupled with financial help from various donors from abroad, the Sarajevo cable car was reconstructed and officially reopened, 26 years later. / AFP PHOTO / ELVIS BARUKCIC
