(FILES) In this file photo taken on June 1, 2016 passengers walk on a platform at the Gare de Lyon railway station in Paris, at the start of a strike by employees of French state-owned rail operator SNCF to protest against government labour reforms. A report submitted on February 15, 2018 to the French government by former Air France-KLM Chairman and CEO Jean-Cyril Spinetta recommends to change the status of the SNCF - reformed in 2014 - by transforming its two main components, SNCF Mobilites and SNCF Reseau, into anonymous companies with a public capital. The report also suggests that newly hired people at the SNCF should no longer benefit from railway status in the future, as has already been done for La Poste and Orange. / AFP PHOTO / KENZO TRIBOUILLARD
