When you lie on your CV that you had previous sheepdog experience... Farmer Charlie Mackinnon took this hilarious photo of his dog Izzy when she slipped and ended up in the middle of the flock she was meant to be marshalling. Mr Mackinnon, of Longford, Tasmania, made a single print of the picture and left it on his fridge door, but then came across a competition asking for photos which celebrate the work of Australia's sheep farmers.
