The L7.50 Rainbow Grilled Cheese has been created by London-based Grill My Cheese. Spokesperson Nishma Chauhan explains: "We created the Rainbow Grilled Cheese for our for our 3rd birthday last week. "We tried really hard to make the colour as natural as possible, and more importantly, make sure the sandwich was delicious. So we started with food that would give great natural colour, and then see if that worked with cheese, then added the complimenting flavours to make it perfect. "There's beetroot, rocket, roasted red onion (with colouring as there are no natural blues), goats cheese and truffle oil. "The reaction has been mostly positive but as expected with all rainbow food items there is controversy. That being said, everyone that has tasted it, loves it!"
