The man, in his 20s was, seen jogging through Changchun fairly normally during the afternoon, but naked to the waist. It wasn't until he took off his trainers, socks and eventually his trousers and underwear, until he was completely nude. However, the presumption was quickly betrayed by the man's behavior. While running, he took off his trainers and socks, and finally even stripped off his pants, running on the street nakedly. The man ran on the street for around 30 minutes. At 15:45, he walked to Shuangyang road, where he slowed down, and tried to stop a car to carry him away. However, no vehicle would carry him, including the cabs. When a police vehicle arrived, the man quickly opened the door and jumped onto the rear seat of the vehicle. Onlookers suspect the young man was under the influence.
