Pink Roberts radio on wooden crate used as bedside table in childs room with a lace deer bust by Arthousel ***** Bella Marshall, formerly a lawyer and law lecturer embarked on a new career in interior design following the diagnosis of early onset Parkinsons Disease some ten years ago.? Having been made redundant, she used her redundancy money to fund the purchase of dilapidated house in West London which she proceeded to renovate and later sold. ?'I wasn't totally new to as after the birth of each of our four children we moved as we'd outgrown the previous house.' ? Since then she's completed various projects for clients but she always emphasises that her drawing skills are basic and that she's prone to changing her mind throughout the project.? Bella's USP is the quirky way she juggles pattern, texture, style and space and her dogged determination sourcing the vintage furniture, fabrics and architectural details that give her projects the individual touch. ? A second floor was added to her current London home in order to accommodate the family, but she also extended the ground floor creating a roomy kitchen dining and informal living area.? Though much reduced in size, the rear garden has the feeling of being an outside room; comfortable seating is ranged around a rustic wooden coffee table and mirrors hung on the painted shiplap panels add to the sense of space. ?
