Pictured: One of the spiralling staircases. Often overlooked in architecture, a photographer has decided to show the beautiful geometric, repetitive patterns of different staircases around the world. Sprital, helical and square staircases in blue, yellow, red, white and black look more like surrealist paintings when photographed from the top or bottom floor. Romina Kutlesa, of Munich, Germany, has been photographing different staircases for the last two years, with many of the steps pictured from her home city. She said: "Most of the photos I have taken have been in Munich but I sometimes make trips to other cities like Berlin and Hamburg and have photographed staircases there too. SEE OUR COPY FOR DETAILS.
