This NOAA/NASA image released May 27, 2016 and taken by GOES East at 1815 UTC on May 26, 2016 shows infrared imagery from the GOES-East satellite of a newly formed area of low pressure centered between Bermuda and the Bahamas, possibly the first cyclone of the season. The coming Atlantic hurricane season is forecast to be "near-normal," after three years of unusually low storm activity due in part to the El Nino ocean warming trend, US government scientists said May 27, 2016. Expect about 10 to 16 tropical storms, of which four to eight could become hurricanes, said the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Climate Prediction Center. / AFP PHOTO / NOAA/NASA / Handout / RESTRICTED TO EDITORIAL USE - MANDATORY CREDIT "AFP PHOTO /NOAA/NASA" - NO MARKETING NO ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS - DISTRIBUTED AS A SERVICE TO CLIENTS
