The poster is in shades of orange and green, showing a Russian soldier with his hand raised to his forehead, looking off into the distance. He has an alarmed look on his face, and there are three men wearing white badges with a red cross in the center on their right arms. They are taking soldiers on stretchers and loading them on an ambulance. The ambulance has a large red cross in the center of a white circle with "American Hospital" written in Russian around the circumference. There are areas on the ground with smoke rising, giving the appearance that the area has been bombed. The poster gives an address for those wishing to make contributions.
