TOPSHOTS This picture taken on March 28, 2015 shows a vendor serving food in a basket from a boat moored along the Amphawa canal, a small tributary of the Mae Khlong River, in Samut Songkhram province some 80 kilometers west of Bangkok. The canal turns into a floating market every weekend when crowds of Bangkokians flock to feast on bargain seafood. The visitors fill every inch of the steps surrounding the canal to pick out crabs, squids, clams, fish or shrimps from moored boats fully kitted with stoves and kitchen utensils. Cooks roast their catch in the open air before waiters carefully carry plates of food along boat edges to their customers. Others stay put, delicately swinging their freshly prepared meals in baskets hanging from long bamboo sticks directly onto tables. AFP PHOTO / Christophe ARCHAMBAULT
