TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY VALENTIN BONTEMPS A picture taken on April 18, 2014 shows a building, one of two "Camemberts", designed by Spanish architect Manolo Nunez Yanowsky, in the Arenes de Picasso in the eastern Paris suburban town of Noisy-le-Grand. The Espaces d'Abraxas created by Spanish architect Ricardo Bofill and constructed at the end of the 70s, is a social housing complex which includes 600 apartments.
