This image provided by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency shows an agent examining one of two tunnels discovered April 1, 2014 in San Diego's Otay Mesa industrial park. The first tunnel, stretching about 600 yards, was discovered on Tuesday. Authorities say it was equipped with lighting, a crude rail system and wooden trusses.
