EXCLUSIVE: She has been nipped, tucked and sliced and more than anyone else on the planet but, after 25 years, she's ready for more. Cindy Jackson is practically unrecognisable from the woman who walked into the surgeon's office a quarter of a century ago. The drastic physical transformation has earned her the Guinness World Record for most cosmetic procedures - a record she's held taut for 13 years. By repeatedly going under the knife she has morphed into a completely different person and, she says, has hardly aged a day. The Londoner, who was born in rural Ohio, has spent over $100,000US [about ?L63,200 GBP] on a whopping 52 surgeries and 'improvements' including facelifts, liposuction, Botox, eyelifts, chin implants, jaw restructuring, and lip plumps. At age 56, Jackson has no intention of letting nature take its course. "People warned me that it could all fall apart in 25 years," she said. "But I believe that I actually look younger with every decade, and I don't plan on growing old in next 25 years either", added the busty blonde, who is a member of Mensa, the high IQ society, which technically awards her 'genius' status. "This is only the anniversary of my first 25 years of surgery," she said. Jackson claims she has systematically broken the three basic rules of plastic surgery to create her Barbie body and Hollywood face: 1.You can't make a plain person attractive 2.
