A file picture taken on June 21, 2011 shows a Russian Progress M-11M rocket blasting off from a Russian leased Kazakh Baikonur cosmodrome to the International Space Station (ISS). The Russian space agency confirmed on August 24, 2011 that a cargo vessel failed to reach orbit shortly after blasting off for the International Space Station, with reports saying it may have crashed into Siberia. The Federal Space Agency (Roskosmos) said in a statement that the Progress M-12M vessel "was not placed in the correct orbit" and failed 325 seconds into its mission. AFP PHOTO
