El Gasolino, small boat carrying passengers across the River Nervion, between Portugalete and Las Arenas, Getxo, Vizcaya, Pais Vasco, Spain. The one known as gasolino is one of the two green boats that cross the estuary. One crosses between Las Arenas and Portugalete and the other crosses between Erandio and Barakaldo. And before the Hanging Bridge was inaugurated, people were already crossing the estuary from one side to the other. In fact, the first boats date back more than two centuries, to 1757. They had their heyday during the last century, in the years of the Altos Hornos de Vizcaya and the Naval de Sestao. (Sergi Reboredo / VWPics via AP Images)
