A nest of cheetah cubs, ZA CHEETAH CONSERVATION, SOUTH AFRICA, ADORABLE IMAGES of a cheetah mum and her cubs playing peek-a-boo with photographers have been captured.
Images show mum Topaz and her eight-week old cubs snuggling up together while staring directly at the camera lens
These adorable pictures were taken by wildlife photographer Simon Needham (57) at the ZA cheetah conservation, South Africa, on his canon r5. Simon was interviewed by mediadrumworld.com.
“I was introduced to a beautiful cheetah mum with her cubs and spent a few hours hanging out with these wonderful animals,” said Simon.
“Its not common to be able to get this close.
“Typically mums and their babies are given their space so it was an honor to have that time with them.
“It was exciting and so much fun to watch them playing around.
“Any images that have young cubs in them are a joy to look at.
“Its just special to spend time with these little guys and watch them play and be so inquisitive.
“Cheetahs are good mothers because they are attentive, protective, and teach their cubs survival skills.”
