James Bond fans can now experience life as the legendary British Secret Service agent at the world’s first 007-themed bar. The pop-up bar, known simply as The 007, has recently opened in London’s iconic Burlington Arcade, paying tribute to the 1964 classic Goldfinger, which celebrates its 60th anniversary this year. As visitors step into The 007, they are welcomed by striking handcrafted sculptures of the famous Aston Martin DB5, hanging overhead in the shopping arcade, while walking on a carpet inscribed with iconic Bond film quotes. Inside, two Bond-themed bars serve exclusive cocktails, ensuring that fans can immerse themselves in the character’s lavish lifestyle. Movie buffs will find plenty to admire, from Fort Knox gold bars and Goldfinger’s golf shoes to Oddjob’s hat. Rare Bond memorabilia is on display, including a collection of Omega timepieces worn by 007, like the 2917 Seamaster Diver 300M Commander’s watch and the 2019 Seamaster Diver 300M James Bond Limited Edition, both crafted in yellow gold. For those looking to take a piece of Bond home, exclusive items like limited-edition framed prints and Macallan 60th Anniversary Decades whiskey sets are available for purchase or bidding, alongside rare Fabergé objects inspired by Octopussy.
