A man with dog observes the rising water level of Vltava river on a rainy day in Prague near iconic Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Heavy rains during the recent days have caused water levels to rise in Vltava river, which caused flood emergency warning. Floods caused by heavy rains have been battering region of central and eastern Europe, including Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Slovakia and Romania since 13 September 2024.
