Waves seen at Vltava river during the rising water level in Prague with overview of historical part of the city including Prague Castle and Charles bridge. Heavy rains during the recent days have caused water levels to rise in Vltava river, which caused flood emergency warning. Floods caused by heavy rains have been battering region of central and eastern Europe, including Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Slovakia and Romania since 13 September 2024.
