A thrush mother returns with a wormy breakfast for her five chicks. The family were observed sharing their meal in Buxton, Peak District. Retired Fisheries Officer, Paul Bennett, said, “Getting into position whilst donning my full ghillie suit and blanket I was in position just as dawn broke. “Thankfully, it wasn’t long before I got my first glimpse of five very healthy-looking chicks being fed by both parents with all manner of food ranging from all manner of insects but mostly worms.” “I had such a wonderful time to be part of their world for a little while.
