An incident unfolded in Seattle's Belltown area on a Saturday afternoon when a King County Metro bus collided with a building, resulting in the death of a pedestrian and critical injuries to another vehicle's driver. First responders rushed to the scene to address the dire situation. The Seattle Fire Department sprang into action following reports of a vehicular collision involving a bus. The calamity occurred at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Battery Street at approximately 3:40 p.m. Their efforts included extricating a trapped 31-year-old male driver from the vehicle involved in the crash.
